I thought you were a wholesale company?
Yes, we are… but in the current climate, we’ve decided to make a limited assortment of our inventory available to the general public. We’re happy to provide the community an additional source for food procurement during these uncertain times, particularly with the extra pressure currently on the traditional retail channel.
How do I buy from you?
Search our site for the products you want, just like you would on any of your favorite online stores. After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation and we will have your product ready for you to pick up at our Minnetonka warehouse the next day. We also offer local delivery.
When can I get my order?
Order pick up is between 10:00AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday, and 8:00AM-10:30AM on Saturday. Remember, all orders are automatically scheduled for next day, on-site pick up at our warehouse* BUT, if you want it sooner, we can usually accommodate same-day pickup.
For same-day pickup, please place your order before 11AM and indicate you like 'same-day pickup' in the Add A Note or Special Instructions box on the shopping cart/checkout page.
*Sunday exception: no pickups available on Sunday, so orders placed on Saturday will be ready Monday*
What do I do when I arrive to get my order?
It works just like the Curbside Pickup feature used by many restaurants and retailers. You’ll drive to the designated pickup area - there will be signage directing you. Then, call to let us know you’re here
(952-935-3474), pop your trunk, and a staff member will bring your order to your vehicle.
What if I want to change my order when I get there?
Since all ordering and payment is handled online, changes and adjustments are not possible at this time.
What about delivery and shipping?
We offer local, next-day delivery Monday-Friday within 20 miles of our warehouse:
- Orders placed Sunday-Thursday will be delivered the following weekday.
- Orders placed Friday--Saturday will be delivered Monday.
If you're interested in delivery outside of our local range, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Are your products fresh or frozen?
All items currently offered on our site are frozen unless indicated otherwise.
Do you sell fresh fish?
Yes, but it is not currently part of our online product selection.
What if I want a seafood product not listed on your site?
Only items posted on the site are currently available… but keep checking back! We intend to update the site with new and/or special items as we’re able.
