Wild-caught, fully cooked red king crab merus sections.
Merus sections are prized, cut-out sections from a upper part of a crab leg (see pictures) and become available only in limited quantities!
Some connoisseurs jokingly refer to the merus section as a 'crab bicep' - comparing its position on a crab leg to that of the bicep on a person's arm.
Cases are 10 lbs. and each merus piece is approximately 2-4 oz.
